By downloading or using tdownloader you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the application.

2. Description of the service

tdownloader is a desktop application that makes it easier to download files from Telegram channels the user has access to with their own account. The application acts as a client of the Telegram API.

3. Acceptable use

The user is solely responsible for their use of the application and for the content they download. It is expressly forbidden to use tdownloader to:

• Download or distribute copyright-protected content without authorisation
• Breach the Telegram Terms of Service
• Carry out massive or automated scraping that harms Telegram's servers
• Any illegal activity or one that infringes the rights of third parties

4. Intellectual property

tdownloader and its source code are the property of their authors. The application is distributed for personal use. Its redistribution, modification or commercial use is not allowed without express authorisation.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

tdownloader is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will work with all operating system versions.

6. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances will the authors of tdownloader be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page with the updated date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain.
